The Pier School Chevy View Estate, Lekki, Lagos is an engaging and fun learning environment envisioned and birthed to give children the right start in life. The Pier School was founded in 2014 to provide a high standard of experiential preschool and pre-primary education to young learners.
A pier, in architecture, is an upright support (rectangular or square pillars) with extra strong foundation for holding up suspended structures or superstructures like arches, bridges, walls or roofs. Like a pier, we are here to give a solid support to every child while we lay an extra strong foundation for his or her learning.
Our classes are a collaborative-mixed-age group of 1 to 2 1/2 -year-olds (toddling tots) and 2 1/2 years to 5-year-olds (sturdy tots). We have a separate class (teensy tots) for children who are yet to walk. We open at 7am and close at 6:30pm daily. Nursery activities for full day sessions run from 8am-6:30pm. Half-day sessions begin at 8:00am and end at 1:30pm. Morning sessions run from 8am-11am while noon sessions run from 12pm-3pm daily. After-school care runs from 2pm-6:30pm daily.
